TZ226 COLD ZINC-COATING

This product protects welding on zinc-plated surfaces or ferrous materials, located indoors or outdoors, under or above ground. This is a single-component, ready for use, with a very high pure zinc content. Microscopic zinc particles strongly adhere to the metallic surface forming a protective anti-rust and anti-corrosion barrier. Also, when it comes into contact with the air, it forms a surface layer of zinc oxide, which provides additional protection: a double protective barrier. It creates a strong, elastic film that is not subject to peeling, and can be left as is or painted over. Layer thickness: 15/20 microns. Coverage: 2/2.5 sqm per spray can. Drying time: approx. 15/20 minutes. Handling time, approximately 24 hours. It resists temperatures of up to +150°C.
